tl;dr: The Browser Company is sunsetting Arc on December 22, 2026, with new account creation ending October 22, 2026 and mobile AI features disabled November 23. The team is redirecting its engineering and security focus to Dia, their new AI-centric browser, citing the increasing demands of browser security in the AI era. Arc users can migrate passwords, extensions, Spaces (now Profiles), tabs, and folders to Dia via built-in import, or export their data before accounts are deactivated and deleted.
