tl;dr: Carrier-Explode 2.0 decodes and compares carrier settings (APNs, VoLTE, Wi-Fi Calling, 5G) extracted from iPhone, Pixel, and Galaxy firmware, letting users diff versions or carriers and filter by supported features. Data is available via API or as a daily CC0 dataset, with a wiki documenting each format. The project is open to contributions on its decoders.
